That will calm you and make anxiety to disappear. Please listen to what the operative room staff will tell you. Some i.v. lines will be placed as well as other OR setting. You will breathe oxygen through a face mask, and slightly fall asleep once the anesthesiologist gives you anesthetics.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;348&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]Cardiac operation is demanding procedures and lasts from 3 to 6 hours, or even more depending on the surgery. You will also realize the presence of a plastic tube coming out of your mouth, a tube tube for lung ventilation. Be relaxed because the doctor will remove it as soon as possible once you are fully awake and capable of breathing yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Some chest pain is normal after the surgery, and ask for painkillers to relieve it. A urine catheter placed during the operation will still be in your urethra. Try to sleep on your back if operated through a median sternotomy. Bolovi \u0107e polako prestati. Osta\u0107e slabi &#8211; tupi bolovi koji mogu potrajati mesec do dva. Takodje mo\u017eete ose\u0107ati utrnulost leve strane grudnog ko\u0161a ukoliko vam je radjen bypass. To je posledica kori\u0161\u0107ena mamarne arterije za bypass, i polako \u0107e prestati. Povremeno mo\u017eete imati ne\u0161to povi\u0161enu temperaturu. To je uglavnom bezazlena temperatura koja nestane do otpusta.<\/p>\n<p>Do odlaska ku\u0107i uradi\u0107e se nekoliko analiza krvi, rentgenskih snimaka plu\u0107a i ultrazvuk srca. Bi\u0107ete otpu\u0161teni stabilnog zdravstvenog stanja, bez temeprature, sposobni da se sami opslu\u017eujete. Rane moraju da budu suve i uredne na otpustu.\u00a0 Otpust se predvidja od 7 do 10-og postoperativnog dana. Bolesnic operisani endoskopskim putem opu\u0161taju se ranije. Konci ostaju u rani na otpustu. Skidaju se 10 do 14 dana nakon operacije u mestu stanovanja ili lokalnoj hirur\u0161koj ambulanti.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-thin\"><\/div>\n<p>Transport do ku\u0107e bi trebalo da bude organizovan od strane slu\u017ebe hitne pomo\u0107i i bolnice. Kola hitne pomo\u0107i nisu neophodna za prevoz do ku\u0107e za sve bolesnike. Ukoliko imate mogu\u0107nost sopstvenog prevoza kolima obavestite na vreme bolni\u010dko osoblje. Nemojte odlaziti iz bolnice bez pratnje.<\/p>\n<p>Na izlasku iz bolnice dobi\u0107ete otpusno pismo u kome \u0107e biti detaljno opisana va\u0161a bolest, operacija i postoperativni tok sa svim daljim uputstvima. Takodje \u0107e biti prepisani i potrebni lekovi. Dozu za taj dan \u0107ete dobiti od bolnice, nakon \u010dega trebate sami da nabavite lekove kod va\u0161eg lekara op\u0161te prekse.<\/p>\n<p>Po dolasku ku\u0107i pona\u0161ajte se u skladu sa svojim sposobnostima. Nemojte previ\u0161e le\u017eati, ali ni previ\u0161e se forsirati. Jedite normalno u skladu sa dijetetskim re\u017eimom sa za sr\u010dane bolesnike koji uglavnom predvidja hranu sa manje soli, sa manje \u017eivotinjskih masti. Ishrana treba da bude oboga\u0107ena maslinovim uljem, morskom ribom, vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em. Bolesnici na antikoalgulantnoj terapiji (ve\u0161ta\u010dki zalisci, atrijalna fibrilacija i sl.) ne bi trebalo da uzimaju previ\u0161e zeleni\u0161a i morske ribe jer to mo\u017ee smanjiti vrednmosti INR-a.\u00a0 Nemojte pu\u0161iti. Alkohol se generalno ne preporu\u010duje, ali minimalne doze ne bi trebale da vam \u0161kode.
